With so many social media platforms out there, the marketing landscape has changed significantly, impacting how we communicate with customers, interact with friends and family and affecting how we buy/sell products.
Understanding the opportunities available in this ever-changing landscape is essential for effectively leveraging social media. In this class, we will learn about the different platforms in order to determine which are most effective (as well as when to post). We will also learn how to get to know your customers & competitors, how to set effective goals, and how to identify the right metrics to measure progress. By the end of this class you will have the guidance and tools you need to help you create successful social media campaigns.
