Cultural Leadership Program

The Cultural Leadership Program (CLP) is a resource for Arts and Cultural Organizations and their professional and board leadership. The purpose of the CLP is to provide assistance to organizations to achieve stability and balance. The program focuses on all aspects of organizational development, including clarification and communication of vision and mission; strengthening professional leadership; long range planning; board and volunteer development; fund raising; increasing audience participation; organizational relationships and appropriate structures; and transitions of leadership.

All interested organizations must apply to participate and RACC works proactively to recruit organizations into the program that are best positioned to achieve the goals of the CLP. George Thorn is the primary consultant for the CLP.

The Cultural Leadership Program is generously funded by a grant from the James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation.
