Policies & Guidelines
Policies and guidelines, developed by RACC and, in some cases, in concert
with City of Portland and Multnomah County bureaus, provide the framework for accessioning and de-accessioning
artworks into (and out of) the public collection. There are also procedures
for private developers to use for incorporating public art into their projects:
