Mural Gallery

The Public Art Murals Program is a Portland city-wide program administered by the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC). Through collaborative city and community planning, in December 2004 the Portland City Council voted to exempt all public art from the City’s Sign Code and other land use reviews and approve the Public Art Murals Program.

Since then the Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC), a standing RACC committee responsible for all aspects of the city’s public art program, has approved a number of murals. The following murals have been recently completed in the City of Portland. Click on the mural title for an enlargement and more information.
